PSY 385 - Health Psychology3.00 credit hours This course studies how biological, psychological, behavioral and social factors influence health and illness. Specific topics include psychological contributors to illness, behavior change, stress management/coping, disease prevention, weight control, coping with chronic illness and the healthcare delivery system.
Prerequisite(s): PSY 100 ; one 200-level Psychology course or one 200-level Biology course.
