(Same as: CSC 553.) Methods, techniques, and tools to model and analyze systems. Topics include problem definition, the project life cycle, data acquisition, data flow and entity-relationship modeling, use cases and the use of project management CASE tools. Major project required.
Prerequisite(s): CSC 161 ; Junior standing or instructor consent.
