PHL 241 - Philosophy of Law

(Same as: PSC 241 .) An introduction to the concept of law, including such topics as the nature of law, liberty and law, justice, legal responsibility, punishment and theories of legal interpretation.

Prerequisite(s): PSC 103  or a philosophy course.
