PSY 345 - Cognitive Psychology3.75 credit hours An examination of how humans acquire, store, retrieve and use knowledge. The course emphasizes an information processing approach to cognition and deals with such topics as perception, selective attention, memory, imagery, problem-solving, reasoning, artificial intelligence and decision-making. A weekly laboratory is included. Laboratory required.
Prerequisite(s): PSY 255 .
