SOA 345 - Religion, Ritual and Symbol3.00 credit hours (Same as: REL 345 .) A cross-cultural examination of religious beliefs and religious institutions, and the symbolic meanings and social functions of myths and rituals. Special emphasis on the beliefs and practices of selected indigenous peoples.
Prerequisite(s): Course work in religion or SOA 105 . ACR: Intercultural.
