MNM 520 - Organizational Beliefs, Ethics and Leadership 3.00 credit hours
Introduces students to the theories of ethics and leadership applicable to nonprofit management. Emphasis is placed on developing and implementing an organization’s social policy, developing sensitivity to moral and economic values and examining complex ethical situations. Topics examined include motivation, diversity, mission and vision, values, servant leadership, strength based leadership, job design and organizational culture.
