MNM 521 - Law and Nonprofit Management

3.00 credit hours
Federal, state and local laws affecting nonprofit organizations are examined, as well as the organizational and operational aspects of tax-exempt charitable organizations in Illinois and the surrounding states. Topics include tax laws, reporting requirements, Title IX regulations and labor laws applicable to nonprofit management.
