MGT 685 - Human Resource Planning 3.00 credit hours The development of a comprehensive plan for meeting the future personnel needs of an organization. Emphasis on the principles and practices required to forecast and acquire the human resources necessary to implement operational and strategic plans in organizations. Both for-profit and not-for-profit sectors are examined in regard to recruitment, selection, training and appraisal of organizational members.
Prerequisite(s): MGT 623 and MGT 675 .
