MLS 506 - Ethics in Contexts 3.00 credit hours A survey of normative theories of ethics (consequential, deontological, virtue and justice based), and their application to personal moral decision making and contemporary issues in public and professional contexts. Topics include: ethical pluralism, identifying ethical aspects of public policy and organizational issues and analysis of potential conflicts between civic, professional, religious and personal morality.
