MNM 508 - Change Management and Strategic Planning 3.00 credit hours Introduces students to change theories, concepts of appreciative inquiry and creative problem solving in order to help leaders maneuver through change. Students also learn and understand the essential components of strategic planning, including how to craft a strong mission, vision, values statement and SWOT analysis, as well as how to measure and acknowledge success. Principles of creative problem solving, effective facilitation, collaboration and strength based leadership will be explored in order to enhance strategy sessions and plans.
