MNM 600 - Ministerial Self-Care, Renewal and Advancement

3.00 credit hours
Professionals in the human services field face a higher rate of burn-out when compared to other professions. Spiritual leaders tend to the deeply human needs of individuals, the health of a community and the needs of a physical entity. Too often lost is the care of oneself. This course not only addresses how to build and sustain one’s own supportive community but also how to manage the career pathway, including succession planning, delegation, self-assessment and career development.
