KINE 121 - Exercise and the Brain2.00 credit hours Investigation of the effects of exercise on the brain. Students learn the science behind how acute and chronic exercise can impact learning, stress, anxiety, depression, addiction, attention deficit, hormones and aging. Methods of incorporating exercise into daily life are discussed and practiced. Physical activity is required in this course. Please consult your physician prior to participating. If you have a concern regarding the activity, please consult the instructor.
