LEAD 260 - Inner Transformation for Leadership

2.00 credit hours
Inner transformation is a process toward becoming and undivided and authentic self that might be overlooked in our complex and chaotic society, but is essential for effective leadership. This course provides an opportunity for students to engage in a virtue-ethics based approach to exploring self, and self in relation to others, through a variety of global philosophical traditions. As part of their learning experience, students will engage in intrapersonal, self-reflective and dialogic practices to cultivate the self as they find new ways to appreciate self and others across differences.

Cardinal Directions Designation(s): Well Being.
