MHRM 645 - Workforce Training and Development 3.00 credit hours In today’s business environment, it is important to understand how best to lead employees through the process of innovation and change. This course explores the concepts of innovation, creativity and change management within organizations through theory and practice. The course explores how organizational leaders must develop an understanding of change processes (including its relationship to organizational culture, strategic management and resistance to change) as well as ways to both utilize and instill innovation in others as an instrument of change.
Prerequisite(s): MBUS 505 .
