DOTD 812 - Management and Leadership

2.00 credit hours
This course will train students in the management and leadership skills required to run a program or department as an occupational therapy practitioner. Topics include regulatory bodies, applicable laws, reimbursement issues, supervision, continuous quality improvement as well as planning, developing, organizing and marketing skills.
