KINE 123 - Sport for Fitness2.00 credit hours Modified versions of various team sports such as volleyball, basketball, spike ball, ultimate frisbee, soccer and tennis are used to improve the participant’s level of fitness. Traditional rules of the sport are modified to keep the participant moving at a moderate to high intensity level. Pre and post assessments are administered to measure cardiovascular fitness improvement. Physical activity is required in this course. Please consult your physician prior to participating. If you have a concern regarding the activity, please consult the instructor.
