ELI 225 - Listening and Speaking for Academic Purposes V

2.00 credit hours
Students actively listen to challenging lectures and talks about different cultural and general education topics. Students practice note-taking, expressing opinions and asking relevant questions about course content. When speaking, students focus on fluency and accuracy in English, developing their ability to effectively participate in group discussions and giving effective presentations. Designed for non-native English speakers.

Prerequisite(s): ELI*LS4 OR Placement.
