NURS 515 - Organizational Theory for Integrated Healthcare Systems

This course explores the role of the nurse executive leader as a systems and organizational leader and change agent within complex healthcare organizations. Examines management organizational theory and administration of healthcare organizations. Focuses on advanced management skills such as strategic planning and team building.
