MTCH 524 - Elementary Mathematics Methods and Assessment 4.00 credit hours
A foundational course on guiding principles and learning theories of teaching and assessing mathematics at the elementary and middle school levels. Emphasis is on the application of research-based instructional strategies that facilitate students’ conceptual understanding, procedural fluency, and mathematical reasoning skills in the mathematics classroom.
