BUS 384 - Human Resource Management3.00 credit hours An examination of the basic functions of personnel and labor relations. Discussions focus on valuing, employing, developing, motivating and maintaining human resources in organizations. The history of the American labor movement and the collective bargaining process is also examined.
Prerequisite(s): ECN 250 and Junior standing.
