BUS 410 - Environmental Management3.00 credit hours This course is designed to provide students with an overview of how management intersects with the environment. It examines purchasing decisions by consumers and production choices by firms and how these can be made to reduce the negative impact on the environment. Other topics covered will include: how our market system contributes to global climate change, sustainability of our economy and ecology, production Life-Cycle-Analysis and “green” products.
Prerequisite(s): BUS 168 , BUS 241 , ECN 250 and ECN 252 .
