MTH 310 - History of Mathematics3.00 credit hours An examination of the historical origins and genesis of important mathematical concepts from the ancient Greeks to modern times. Emphasis on the methodologies and philosophies of those involved in the creative process. Required for supplemental secondary education majors in mathematics.
