Ethical Leadership, B.A.

The current political, social and corporate climates highlight a growing need for ethical leaders. With today’s urgent demand for integrity-driven leadership, the Ethical Leadership major equips students with the knowledge, skills, and mindset to lead with integrity and purpose. Rooted in the interdisciplinary field of leadership studies, this program offers a comprehensive exploration of leadership theory, practice, and the moral responsibilities that come with positions of influence. Students pair the Ethical Leadership Major with their choice from a curated list of minors to integrate and apply leadership principles to another area of academic interest – from business or political science or the arts. Graduates are prepared to lead ethically and effectively across sectors to create positive change in their communities and beyond.
