• ENG 370 - Language and Linguistics
• MCL 380 - Theoretical Foundations of Teaching ESL/Bilingual Students
• MCL 382 - Cross-Cultural Studies for Teaching English Language Learners

Note:

Students who want to also apply for the Bilingual Education endorsement must successfully complete a bilingual methods course (EDN 386 ) and pass a language proficiency examination in the non-English language to be taught. Students seeking this endorsement must add an additional three credit hours overall to graduate (e.g., elementary education majors will need a minimum of 131.5 total credit hours).
