• KIN 247 - Human Anatomy
• KIN 255 - Methods of Teaching Team Sports
• KIN 257 - Methods of Teaching Individual Sports
• KIN 276 - Methods of Teaching Rhythmic Movement
• KIN 279 - Introduction to Water Safety
• KIN 290 - Methods of Teaching Adapted Physical Education
• KIN 311 - Methods of Teaching Fitness Education
• KIN 312 - Methods and Evaluation in Physical Education
• KIN 314 - Curriculum Design and Administration in Physical Education
• KIN 317 - Kinesiology
• BIO 147 - Anatomy and Physiology
• At least one elective from KIN 100 -KIN 135  or equivalent, for a total of at least two credit hours, to a maximum of eight credit hours. KIN 120  and KIN 149  do not count toward this requirement.

Additional requirements:

Completion of the Supplemental Secondary Education major  required including EDN 333 .
