MGMT 435 - Productions/Operations Management4.00 credit hours Studies the production process and its relationship to scientific decision-making. The main scope of study is the supply chain with its manufacturing, service provider and intermediary parties. Students are introduced to the complexities of supply chains and supply chain management and within this context, gain hands-on operations planning experience with quantitative methods such as quality management, capacity planning, constraint management, project management, forecasting and inventory management.
Prerequisite(s): BUSN 265 , MGMT 305 and MGMT 335 .
