NURS 520 - Evidence-Based Personnel Performance Strategies in Healthcare 3.00 credit hours
This course focuses on theories, evidence-based strategies, practices and ongoing issues in the management of employee performance; developing employee potential, supporting professional growth and career development in organizations. It provides an overview and analysis of practices and systems dealing with performance management, training and development, coaching and compensation. Nursing leader managerial behaviors that promote and maintain a professional healthcare practice environment are emphasized.
