MTCH 528 - Elementary Methods of Social Science 2.00 credit hours
Introduction to methods and assessment of teaching social studies in the elementary and middle grades classroom including instructional and assessment strategies. Emphasis on direct teaching, interactive instructional strategies and assessment strategies that develop the skills and processes needed to help elementary and middle grades students acquire foundational, conceptual and procedural knowledge.
